Arrival Notification
Our friendly Scoop Squad Inc. technicians will send you a 60-minute “on the way” text before your service begins. Customers are not required to be home at the time of service, but we do ask for easy access to cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs be left out in the yard. This ensures a smooth and efficient service for everyone.
Cleaning Your Yard
Your professional pooper scooper will arrive and start cleaning up all the doggie doo. Scoop Squad Inc. team members are trained to walk in a special route to minimize the chance of missing any dog waste. Our team members will also walk your yard multiple times to ensure your yard is thoroughly clean and free of any missed dog waste.
Safety Procedures
Once your yard is dog poop-free, your Scoop Squad Inc technician will take and upload a photo of your closed gate to ensure no dogs accidentally get out of your yard. Our team members will then spray down all of their scooping equipment with organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illness to other dogs, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.
Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but because of our size, we can generally offer 2-3 options to best fit your schedule.
No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.
Scoop Squad Inc. has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $60 per month. However, pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs. Most of our clients end up paying between $95 and $135 per month.
No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.
Proper disposal is essential to environmental. We are a FULL service company and we will take the waste off your property and properly dispose of it.
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
